Digital Transformation Initiative Leadership and System Modernization **IT Project Director** Job Overview: Our company is seeking an IT Project Director with strong leadership experience to oversee the planning, execution, and management of strategic technology projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery aligned with corporate objectives and digital transformation goals. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through execution to closure. * Develop project plans, define scope, schedules, and budgets. * Coordinate between technical and administrative teams and stakeholders. * Monitor project progress and manage operational risks and challenges. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, information security requirements, and internal policies. * Manage vendors and contracted technology service providers. * Prepare periodic reports to senior management on project status. * Lead digital transformation initiatives and system modernization efforts. * Ensure optimal resource utilization and achievement of project objectives. * Support team development and enhance managerial and technical competencies. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Administration. * 10–15 years of experience in IT project management. * Experience managing large-scale projects and digital transformation programs. * Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies. * Experience in budget, contract, and vendor management. * Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Salary: QAR52,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
