Build strong relationships with tenants and property owners **Job Summary:** We are seeking a motivated Leasing Executive to promote and lease residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Market available properties to prospective tenants. * Conduct property viewings. * Negotiate lease terms. * Prepare lease agreements and documentation. * Maintain occupancy targets. * Build strong relationships with tenants and property owners. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent. * Minimum 5\-8 years of leasing experience. * Real estate experience preferred. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
