The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and experience in maintenance operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Monitor the performance of equipment, systems, and facilities to ensure smooth operations. * Diagnose technical issues and coordinate timely repairs and solutions. * Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation. * Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards. * Coordinate with technicians and other teams to complete maintenance tasks efficiently. * Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and service activities. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * Minimum **5 years of experience** in a similar role within maintenance and operations. * Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and repair techniques. * Experience in managing maintenance activities and coordinating with technical teams. * Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications. * Good problem\-solving and communication skills. * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
