Taking ownership of staffing, service levels, and communication with stakeholders. Monitoring, measuring, and improving compliance and performance of drivers. Leads a strong team to achieve targets and goals. **What’s On Your Plate?** * Directs optimizes and coordinates full order cycle. * Supervises onboarding/training schedule \& Quality. * Responsible for the communication of shifts \& fulfilment. * Ensures and improves rider compliance. * Monitors performance progress of riders. * Owns implementation of new features and processes. * Leads communication with suppliers and drivers. **Qualifications** **What Did We Order?** * Bachelor's degree, in Logistics or related field. * Previous experience in the food or tech industry is highly preferred. * Excellent people management skills: Experience with managing a bigger group of people. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Arabic is required, Urdu is a plus. * Ability to analyze data and create comprehensive reports. * Ability to use complex computer systems. * Ability to work under pressure, handle stress, and handle many people with different personality types, diverse levels of education and abilities.
