Summary: This role involves drafting and designing 2D/3D shop and as-built drawings for various MEP systems, coordinating layouts, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations. Highlights: 1. Create accurate 2D/3D shop and as-built drawings for MEP systems 2. Coordinate MEP layouts with architectural and structural plans 3. Ensure plans meet project specifications and industry standards Key Responsibilities * **Drafting \& Design:** Create accurate 2D or 3D shop drawings and as\-built drawings for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems. * **System Coordination:** Cross\-reference MEP layouts with architectural and structural plans to prevent pipe, duct, and equipment clashes. * **Revisions \& Updates:** Modify technical drawings based on site instructions, engineer markups, and design changes. * **Compliance Check:** Ensure all plans meet project specifications, industry standards, and local municipality regulations * **Technical Qualifications:** Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering. * **Software Proficiency:** Expert\-level knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit. * **Experience:** Typically requires 3 to 5\+ years of relevant drafting experience, especially on large\-scale commercial or residential projects. * **Attention to Detail:** Strong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, sketches, and technical calculations.
