Troubleshoot complex MEP issues and provide technical guidance MEP Supervisor – Job Responsibilities **Experience Required:** 3–4 years in Building Maintenance \& Facilities Management **Visa Preference:** Candidates with a valid Freelance Visa are preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise the day\-to\-day operation and maintenance of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems across residential, commercial, and mixed\-use properties. * Lead and coordinate technicians to ensure preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities are completed efficiently and on schedule. * Monitor the performance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and other building services systems to ensure optimal functionality. * Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance requirements and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Attend and resolve maintenance complaints and service requests within the agreed service levels (SLAs). * Plan, assign, and monitor daily work activities, ensuring efficient utilization of manpower and resources. * Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with company procedures, local regulations, and health \& safety requirements. * Troubleshoot complex MEP issues and provide technical guidance to maintenance technicians. * Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance works. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, material consumption, and service reports. * Monitor inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, and coordinate procurement when required. * Ensure all tools, equipment, and testing instruments are properly maintained and calibrated. * Support mobilization of new maintenance contracts, including site inspections and manpower planning. * Conduct toolbox talks and ensure technicians follow safe work practices at all times. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports and submit them to management. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. * **3–4 years of proven experience** as an MEP Supervisor in **Building Maintenance or Facilities Management** companies. * Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and building maintenance systems. * Ability to supervise a team of technicians and manage multiple maintenance activities simultaneously. * Good troubleshooting, planning, and communication skills. * Salary: Package QAR 4500 Pay: QAR4,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have freelance Visa with valid QID? * Do you have experience in Building Maintenance / Facilities Management Companies?
