Summary: This role involves greeting clients, performing nail treatments, maintaining salon standards, and selling products while providing excellent customer service. Highlights: 1. Engage in product sales and client education **Duties and Responsibilities:** ➢ Greeting clients or guests and understanding their requirements ➢ Able to describe available treatments and services. ➢ Performing duties accurately and on time. ➢ Being flexible with customer’s schedules and being able to support the commercial requirements of the establishment or business. ➢ Keeping the salon equipment in good condition. ➢ Using products in the right amount to avoid wastage. ➢ offering \& selling products and additional services to the customers. ➢Having an understanding of and knowledge about the different nail conditions and treatments available, and different nail care products. ➢ Maintaining high sterilization standards and hygiene according to law and the salon’s policy. ➢ Performing treatment preparation and maintaining the nail treatment area. ➢ Reporting to the management about matters related to clients or staff. ➢ Handling the concerns of customers professionally and courteously. ➢ Must be able to follow the policies and regulations of the company. **Skills Requirements:** ➢ Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal. ➢ Excellent customer service skills. ➢ Required to be a team player. ➢ Friendly and pleasing personality. ➢ Excellent communication and listening skills. ➢ Enjoy working with all kinds of people. ➢ Have an eye for detail and be able to understand the requirements of clients. ➢ Required to be patient and understanding.
