We are looking for a high\-energy Network Operations Lead to drive daily NOC performance, lead critical outage responses, and maintain peak uptime across our fiber and broadband infrastructure. If you thrive under pressure and love solving complex network challenges, this is your next move. **Key Responsibilities** * **Lead Incident Response:** Serve as Incident Commander during major network events to restore services fast and minimize MTTR. * **Manage NOC Operations:** Oversee daily network health, manage engineering shift schedules, and mentor tier 1–3 support teams. * **Optimize Network Performance:** Monitor IP routing, DOCSIS, and optical infrastructure to consistently hit high SLA targets. * **Drive Continuous Improvement:** Refine SOPs, automate alerting workflows, and execute Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post\-outage. * **Coordinate Cross\-Functionally:** Partner with field engineers, vendors, and third\-party carriers for seamless maintenance and escalations. **Requirements** * 5\+ years in telecommunications or ISP network operations, with 2\+ years in a lead or senior escalation role. * Strong expertise in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, Ethernet switching, and DOCSIS/Fiber architecture. * Hands\-on proficiency with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Splunk) and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira). * CCNP or JNCIP certification highly preferred. * Strong crisis management skills and clear communication under high\-pressure scenarios. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary \+ annual bonus structure * Full health, dental, and vision coverage \+ 401(k) matching * Paid time off, professional certification support, and clear path for career growth الراتب المدفوع: QAR١٤٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
