Summary: This role involves conducting nutritional assessments, designing personalized meal plans, collaborating with chefs, and providing client education to promote healthy eating habits. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen and operations environment Key Responsibilities * **Client Assessment:** Conduct nutritional assessments and consultations to understand customer health goals. * **Meal Plan Design:** Develop personalized subscription meal plans tailored to calorie, macro, and dietary needs. * **Menu Collaboration:** Work closely with chefs to ensure meals are balanced, portion‑controlled, and aligned with health standards. * **Nutritional Analysis:** Monitor and evaluate the nutritional content of dishes; adjust recipes to meet dietary guidelines. * **Education \& Counseling:** Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes. * **Compliance:** Ensure adherence to Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health regulations and HACCP/ISO food safety standards. * **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, dietary plans, and compliance reports. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field (Master’s preferred). * Licensed/registered dietitian in Qatar (or eligibility for licensing). * Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical nutrition, wellness programs, or food service. * Strong knowledge of therapeutic diets, sports nutrition, and weight management. * Excellent communication and counseling skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced kitchen and operations environment. * Working in a healthy Meal subscription is a plus.
