Train end users and provide post-implementation functional support We are looking for an **Odoo Implementation Specialist** responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Odoo ERP solutions for different clients. The candidate will work directly with customers to understand their business processes, configure Odoo modules, train users, manage go\-live activities, and provide post\-implementation support. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis \& Implementation * Meet with clients to understand their business processes and operational requirements. * Conduct requirement gathering and prepare implementation requirements. * Analyze existing workflows and recommend suitable Odoo solutions. * Identify gaps between standard Odoo functionality and client requirements. * Prepare implementation plans and manage tasks according to agreed timelines. Odoo Configuration Configure and implement Odoo modules including: * Accounting \& Finance * Sales * CRM * Purchase * Inventory * Point of Sale (POS) * Manufacturing (MRP) * Employees \& HR * Project Management * Website \& eCommerce Accounting \& Inventory * Configure Chart of Accounts, taxes, journals, payment terms, and fiscal settings. * Configure warehouses, locations, routes, product categories, and units of measure. * Support inventory valuation and costing configuration. * Configure product costing methods such as FIFO and Average Cost. * Understand basic accounting entries generated from Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and POS transactions. POS \& Restaurant Implementation * Configure Odoo POS for retail and restaurant operations. * Configure branches, POS terminals, payment methods, pricelists, taxes, and product categories. * Configure restaurant floors and tables. * Configure kitchen printers/KOT workflows. * Support barcode scanners, receipt printers, and related POS hardware. * Troubleshoot POS operational and printing issues. Data Migration * Prepare and validate Excel/CSV import templates. * Import: * Customers and suppliers * Products and categories * Chart of Accounts * Opening balances * Inventory quantities * Pricelists and other master data * Validate migrated data before go\-live. Testing \& Go\-Live * Prepare test scenarios based on customer operations. * Perform functional and end\-to\-end testing. * Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with customers. * Document issues and coordinate their resolution. * Prepare the customer environment for go\-live. * Provide onsite or remote support during go\-live. Training \& Documentation * Train end users and key users on Odoo. * Prepare user guides and process documentation when required. * Explain workflows clearly to both technical and non\-technical users. * Ensure users understand the correct operational procedures before go\-live. Support \& Troubleshooting * Provide post\-implementation functional support. * Investigate reported issues and identify whether they are related to configuration, user operation, data, customization, or infrastructure. * Coordinate technical issues with Odoo developers when customization is required. * Follow up on customer support requests and ensure timely resolution. Required Skills * Good knowledge of Odoo ERP. * Experience with Odoo Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and POS. * Strong understanding of ERP business processes. * Basic accounting knowledge. * Good knowledge of inventory and costing concepts. * Experience with Excel and data preparation/import. * Strong problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Good communication and customer\-facing skills. * Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously. * Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. * Arabic and English communication skills are preferred. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, IT, or related field. * Previous experience in ERP/Odoo implementation. * Odoo certification is an advantage. * Experience implementing Odoo for restaurants, retail, trading, manufacturing, or service companies is an advantage.
