Operations Manager RECOVR is hiring a full time Operations Manager to help run the daily operations of our growing wellness and recovery business in Doha. We are looking for someone highly organised, proactive and confident managing people, customer service, sales and daily operations. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the daily running of RECOVR * **Manage reception and customer service standards** * Ensure staff follow systems, procedures and company standards * **Track bookings, sales, memberships and daily KPIs** * Support membership and package sales **Manage staff schedules, attendance and accountability** * Handle customer issues professionally * **Support onboarding and training of new staff** * Ensure the facility is clean, organised and ready each day * **Send daily operational reports to ownership** Help improve systems as the business grows Requirements * Experience in operations, hospitality, fitness, wellness, retail or customer service management * **Strong leadership and communication skills** * Highly organised and detail focused **Confident managing staff and holding people accountable** * Good English communication * **Able to work in a fast paced environment** Proactive and solution focused Salary 6,000 to 8,000 QAR per month depending on experience and performance.
