Summary: Seeking a dedicated Private Live-in Nursing Assistant to provide comprehensive care for newborn babies and/or toddlers within a client's home, ensuring a nurturing and hygienic environment. Assist with daily living activities and routine care as per instruction. **URGENT HIRING – PRIVATE LIVE\-IN NURSING ASSISTANT** Due to the nature and sensitivity of this role, please ensure you meet the following criteria before applying: * **Position:** Nursing Assistant – Live\-in Homecare * **Job Location:** Qatar * **Work Arrangement:** Live\-in – required to stay at the client’s home * **QID:** Valid QID required * **NOC:** Valid NOC required * **Qualification:** Nursing Assistant Certificate, Nursing Diploma or related * **Experience:** Minimum 12 months of relevant experience * **Childcare Experience:** Experience caring for **newborn babies and/or toddlers is required** * **Language:** Good communication skills in English **Position Overview** The Private Nursing Assistant will be required to stay at the client’s home and provide care in accordance with the patient’s care plan. The role involves caring for newborn babies and/or toddlers. **Key Duties and Responsibilities** * Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, diaper changes, and other routine care. * Provide appropriate care, supervision, and nurturing of newborn babies and/or toddlers. * Assist with feeding and other routine care activities within the scope of the role and according to nursing instructions. * Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and hygienic patient environment. * Maintain professional conduct while staying in the client’s home. **Live\-In Requirements** The successful candidate must: * Be willing and able to **live in the client’s home**. * Be comfortable working in a private homecare environment. * Respect the client’s privacy, family, household routines, and personal space. * Maintain professional boundaries at all times. * Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the needs of the assigned case. * Maintain professional behaviour, appearance, and communication throughout the assignment. **Requirements** **Education \& Qualification** Applicants must hold **one** of the following: * Nursing Assistant Certificate from a recognised institution; **or** * Nursing Diploma from a recognised institution; **or** * Related Caregiver Nursing Course **Experience** * Minimum **12 months of relevant nursing/homecare experience**. * Experience caring for **newborn babies and/or toddlers is required**. * Previous live\-in homecare experience is highly preferred. * Previous experience working in Qatar is preferred. **Essential Skills** * Caring, patient, and compassionate approach. * Strong attention to detail. * Professional communication and interpersonal skills. * High level of responsibility, integrity, and work ethic. * Ability to work independently while following nursing instructions. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries. * Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances. * Good oral and written English communication skills. * Physically capable of performing routine patient care and assisting with mobility.
