Ensure project quality and timely completion **Job Description** The Project Manager is the key person of the contract. Complete responsibility for the execution of the contract shall lie with the Project Manager. He shall attend Kahramaa follow\-up meetings or site emergency meetings when required. He shall prepare site work execution programmes based on Kahramaa requirements, control and monitor all contract manpower and activities, and attend regular meetings within Kahramaa departments and coordination meetings with other organizations when required. He shall act as the coordinator and ensure that the work is properly carried out in terms of time, cost and quality, in line with Kahramaa requirements. He shall attend weekly meetings to set the programme for the following week and report back on compliance. **Qualification and Experience** * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a reputed university. * Project management qualification is desirable. * At least 10 years of relevant experience in 11 kV switchgear maintenance. * Previous experience working as a Project Manager. * Good experience in project execution. * Good experience in the execution of transmission maintenance projects. * Good knowledge of relevant international standards. * Good managerial skills and maturity of judgment. * Ability to communicate, read and write in English. * Fluent in English correspondence. * Computer literate with presentation skills. * Mobile communication availability during normal and outside office hours for emergency contact. * Must pass the interview conducted by Kahramaa.
