Salary \& Benefits * Competitive monthly salary: QAR 8,000 – 13,000 (based on experience) * Performance\-based bonuses and incentives * Health insurance coverage * Paid annual leave and public holidays * Transportation allowance (if applicable) * Career growth in real estate management and investment operations * Stable and professional working environment Work Schedule * Full\-time position * 8 hours per day * 5–6 days per week * On\-call availability for urgent tenant or property issues Key Responsibilities * Manage daily operations of residential and commercial properties * Handle tenant relations, inquiries, and lease agreements * Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and service requests * Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams * Ensure timely rent collection and monitor payment status * Conduct property inspections and ensure quality standards * Prepare financial and operational reports for management * Maintain occupancy levels and support tenant retention strategies * Ensure compliance with property laws, regulations, and safety standards * Resolve tenant issues and escalate when necessary Skills for This Role * Property management and real estate operations experience * Strong tenant relations and customer service skills * Knowledge of lease agreements and rental processes * Financial awareness (rent collection, budgeting, reporting) * Negotiation and conflict resolution skills * Organizational and time management abilities * Communication and interpersonal skills * Problem\-solving and decision\-making skills * Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) is an advantage * Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred * Proven experience in property management or real estate operations * Strong understanding of tenancy laws and property regulations * Ability to manage tenants, vendors, and maintenance teams effectively * Strong attention to detail and accountability * Professional and customer\-focused attitude About the Company **MesterTeam Real Estate** is a growing property management and real estate company in Qatar specializing in residential and commercial property services.
