Achieve monthly and annual sales targets We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven **Sales / Business Development Manager** to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets for Fire \& Life Safety Systems. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Fire \& Life Safety sector. * Promote Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, FM\-200, Fire Suppression, Emergency \& Exit Lighting, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services. * Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, facility management companies, and end users. * Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations. * Review tender documents and prepare commercial proposals and quotations. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining profitability. * Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum **5–8 years** of sales/business development experience in Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, or MEP systems within Qatar. * Strong knowledge of QCDD regulations and Fire \& Life Safety systems. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. * Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred).
