




**Job Title:** Sales Engineer – Aluminum, Glazing, Curtain, and Blinds **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-Time **License Requirement:** Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory) **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled and results\-driven **Sales Engineer** with experience in the **aluminum, glazing, curtain, and blinds** industries. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project\-based sales and prior experience working with **fit\-out companies** in Qatar or the GCC. This role requires a proactive professional with excellent communication, technical knowledge, and relationship\-building capabilities to drive business growth and manage key client accounts. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for aluminum, glazing, curtain, and blinds products. * Manage and grow key accounts, building long\-term relationships with clients in the **fit\-out and construction sectors**. * Lead the entire sales cycle—from opportunity identification to deal closure—with a strong focus on major project sales. * Provide technical guidance to clients by understanding project requirements and recommending suitable product solutions. * Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, project management, production, logistics) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. * Prepare and deliver detailed technical proposals, quotations, and presentations that highlight product value and suitability. * Monitor project progress and handle customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and successful project completion. * Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and expand market presence. * Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and opportunities for growth. * Maintain accurate sales records, including customer profiles, sales forecasts, and project updates. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Minimum **5 years of proven experience** as a Sales Engineer in aluminum, glazing, curtain, blinds, or related industries, with a strong background in project sales. * Prior work experience with **fit\-out companies** is highly preferred. * Solid technical understanding of aluminum systems, glazing solutions, curtain and blind mechanisms, and related products. * Demonstrated success in **project\-based sales** and strong negotiation skills. * A strong network within the **construction, architectural, or fit\-out sectors** in Qatar is an advantage. * Ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and client requirements efficiently. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * **Valid Qatar Driving License** and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
