Dynamic, multicultural, and tourism-focused working environment Blusukan Bali Travel \& Destination Management W.L.L. is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Training Manager to lead workforce learning, leadership development, service excellence, and professional capability\-building across the company’s travel and destination\-management operations. The successful candidate will design and deliver training strategies that strengthen employee performance, customer service, operational consistency, sales effectiveness, destination knowledge, and compliance. The role will work closely with senior leaders and department managers to build a skilled, engaged, and high\-performing workforce. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement the company’s corporate learning and development strategy * Conduct training\-needs analyses across travel operations, sales, reservations, guest services, and destination management * Design and deliver onboarding, leadership, customer\-service, sales, and operational training programs * Create training materials, facilitator guides, digital courses, assessments, and employee\-development plans * Lead service\-excellence programs for tour operations, travel consultants, guides, and customer\-facing teams * Manage the learning calendar, training budget, external providers, venues, and certification programs * Develop leadership pipelines, succession plans, coaching programs, and management\-development initiatives * Evaluate training effectiveness using performance indicators, employee feedback, and business results * Ensure training content reflects company procedures, industry standards, health and safety, and regulatory requirements * Build partnerships with tourism institutes, professional associations, training providers, and certification bodies **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field * Extensive experience in corporate training, learning and development, or organizational development * Proven experience designing and delivering management, service, sales, and operational training programs * Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, aviation, destination management, or another service\-focused industry * Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder\-management skills * Knowledge of adult\-learning principles, instructional design, competency frameworks, and training evaluation * Experience using learning\-management systems, e\-learning platforms, and digital training tools * Strong project\-management, budgeting, reporting, and vendor\-management capabilities * Qatar or GCC training and hospitality\-sector experience is preferred **Why Work With Us** * Competitive senior\-management salary * Housing and transportation allowances * Medical insurance and paid annual leave * Performance\-based incentives * Opportunity to shape company\-wide learning and service standards * Professional certification and leadership\-development support * Dynamic, multicultural, and tourism\-focused working environment **About the Company** Blusukan Bali Travel \& Destination Management W.L.L. provides travel planning, destination management, tour coordination, corporate travel, leisure experiences, guest support, and tourism\-related services in Qatar.
