Support HSE compliance and worker welfare programs Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Nurse to provide medical support and occupational health services at our construction project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for first aid, emergency response, maintaining medical records, and ensuring workers' health and well\-being while complying with Qatar HSE requirements. Construction site experience and valid Qatar nursing licensing are commonly required by employers in Qatar. Requirements: * Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Nursing * Valid QCHP/MOPH Nursing License (mandatory) * Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in construction or industrial projects * Experience in occupational health and emergency response * Strong communication and reporting skills * Valid QID with transferable visa preferred * Immediate joiners are highly preferred Key Responsibilities: * Provide first aid and basic medical treatment on site * Respond to workplace emergencies and coordinate hospital transfers * Monitor workers for heat stress, dehydration, and fatigue * Maintain medical records and incident reports * Conduct routine health checks * Manage site clinic supplies and first aid equipment * Support HSE compliance and worker welfare programs Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR5,500\.00 per month Experience: * work: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: * QCHP (Required) Work Location: In person
