Summary: This role involves planning, designing, and implementing various soil and ground improvement methods, including supervision and coordination. Highlights: 1. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and site teams **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, design, and implement soil and ground improvement methods such as vibro\-compaction, stone columns, deep soil mixing, dynamic compaction, grouting, and preloading. * Review geotechnical investigation reports and assess soil conditions to recommend appropriate improvement solutions. * Prepare method statements, technical proposals, calculations, and work procedures. * Supervise site execution to ensure works are carried out as per approved designs and specifications. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams. * Monitor quality control, field testing, and performance verification of soil improvement works. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and HSE requirements. * Identify and resolve technical issues during execution. * Prepare progress reports, as\-built documentation, and technical submissions. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering (Master’s preferred). * Minimum 5 **years** of experience in soil improvement or ground engineering works. * Strong knowledge of geotechnical principles and soil improvement techniques. * Experience working on infrastructure or large\-scale construction projects is an advantage.
