Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and tourism authorities **Job Summary** Blusukan Bali Travel \& Destination Management W.L.L. is seeking a commercially focused Tourism Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand strategic partnerships, and develop new business opportunities across the travel, tourism, and destination\-management sectors. The successful candidate will identify emerging tourism markets, secure corporate and institutional accounts, develop competitive travel products, and strengthen relationships with hotels, airlines, tour operators, government entities, and international partners. This role requires strong commercial judgment, industry knowledge, and a proven ability to convert opportunities into sustainable revenue. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement business\-development strategies for travel, tourism, and destination\-management services * Identify new revenue opportunities across corporate travel, leisure tourism, group travel, events, and destination experiences * Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, tourism authorities, hotels, airlines, tour operators, and travel agencies * Prepare commercial proposals, partnership agreements, presentations, tenders, and service packages * Lead client meetings, contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and account\-conversion activities * Conduct market research on tourism trends, customer preferences, competitor offerings, and destination opportunities * Collaborate with operations, marketing, sales, reservations, and finance teams to launch profitable travel products * Represent the company at tourism exhibitions, trade events, networking functions, and industry conferences * Manage the business\-development pipeline, sales forecasts, revenue targets, and performance reports * Support market\-entry plans and regional or international expansion initiatives **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field * Significant experience in tourism business development, travel sales, destination management, or corporate travel * Proven record of securing new accounts, partnerships, contracts, and revenue opportunities * Strong network within the travel, hospitality, tourism, events, or aviation sectors * Excellent negotiation, presentation, relationship\-management, and commercial\-development skills * Experience preparing tenders, proposals, pricing models, and partnership agreements * Strong understanding of inbound and outbound tourism, group travel, and destination\-management services * Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications * Qatar or GCC tourism\-market experience is preferred **Why Work With Us** * Competitive management\-level salary * Performance\-based bonuses and business\-development incentives * Housing and transportation allowances * Medical insurance and paid annual leave * Opportunity to build strategic tourism partnerships * Exposure to regional and international travel markets * Dynamic, multicultural, and growth\-focused working environment **About the Company** Blusukan Bali Travel \& Destination Management W.L.L. provides destination management, corporate travel, leisure tourism, tour coordination, group travel, guest assistance, and customized travel experiences in Qatar.
