Review designs and ensure compliance with Qatar regulations **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Architect Engineer to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating architectural and engineering projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations, managing design activities, and supporting project delivery from concept to completion. **Requirements:** * Minimum **7 years of professional experience** in architectural and engineering projects. * **Arabic national** with **excellent command of English** (reading, writing, and speaking). * Strong knowledge of **Qatar construction laws, building codes, and local authority regulations** (MMUP, Ashghal, Civil Defense, Kahramaa, etc.). * Proven **managerial, coordination, and leadership skills**. * Strong **design skills** with the ability to review and guide architectural and engineering drawings. * Ability to work with consultants, contractors, and government authorities. * Proficient in project documentation, reporting, and follow\-up. * Locally Available and with Transferable Visa * Fluency in Arabic \& English (Read and Write) **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate between clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution. * Manage and monitor project schedules, submissions, approvals, and site progress. * Review architectural and engineering designs to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements. * Ensure all works comply with Qatar regulations and authority requirements. * Prepare reports, correspondence, and project documentation. * Support senior management in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. * Identify risks and propose solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns. * Ability to review **contracts, scopes of work, and technical agreements**. * Interested candidates my send his updated CV to jawad@abkqatar.qa Whatsapp \+97455720965 Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR1\.00 \- QAR1,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
