Summary: Manage all HSE activities for a Qatar Energy project, leading a team to promote a strong safety culture through inspections, audits, and compliance with established procedures. Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders HSE Manager – Qatar Energy Project (Local Hiring Only) Location: Qatar Local Hiring Only Key Responsibilities: Manage all HSE activities in compliance with Qatar Energy and project requirements. Lead the HSE team and promote a strong safety culture. Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Ensure compliance with PTW, JSA, Method Statements, and HSE procedures. Prepare HSE reports and coordinate with clients and project stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in a relevant field. NEBOSH IGC/Diploma (Mandatory). Minimum 10 years of HSE experience, including 5 years as an HSE Manager. Mandatory Qatar Energy project experience. Strong knowledge of Qatar Energy HSE standards and PTW system. Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID (transferable visa/NOC preferred).
