This role acts as the central point of coordination between end\-users, IT technicians, and management to deliver reliable and timely technical support services. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and manage all IT support requests from staff within Branch 3 * Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues (hardware, software, network, and system access) * Assign and escalate tickets to appropriate IT personnel or vendors when needed * Monitor and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution and proper documentation * Maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals * Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and network devices * Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection procedures * Support onboarding and offboarding of employees (account setup, system access, device preparation) * Coordinate with central IT teams for system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting * Prepare regular reports on IT support performance, recurring issues, and system improvements Qualifications * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field * 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk coordination * Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking * Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar) * Excellent communication and coordination skills * Strong problem\-solving and organizational abilities * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently Preferred Skills * Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles * Experience in enterprise IT environments * IT certifications such as CompTIA A\+, Network\+, or Microsoft certifications Working Conditions * Based in Lusail, Qatar – Serviceth LLC Branch 3 * Full\-time position * May require occasional after\-hours support for urgent issues or system maintenance الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
