Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance departments Logistics Manager **Location:** Al Rayyan, Qatar **Company:** Carter GB **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Salary:** QAR 216,000 per year Job Summary Carter GB is seeking an experienced and results\-driven Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain and logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution while ensuring efficient, cost\-effective, and timely delivery of goods. Key Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily logistics and supply chain operations. * Manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on\-time deliveries. * Develop and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and suppliers. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain stock accuracy. * Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs. * Ensure compliance with Qatar customs regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies. * Analyze logistics performance using KPIs and prepare regular operational reports. * Resolve shipping delays, customer delivery issues, and operational challenges promptly. * Lead, train, and supervise logistics staff while promoting a high\-performance work environment. * Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance departments to support business objectives. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management. * Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and customs procedures. * Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/ERP software. * Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
