We value practical experience, leadership ability, and problem\-solving skills over unnecessary bureaucracy—so you can focus on doing what you do best. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily MEP maintenance activities across HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems * Lead and coordinate a team of technicians on\-site * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently * Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards * Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients * Maintain accurate service reports and documentation * Ensure all work is completed to quality and safety standards **Requirements** * Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or similar role * Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems * Ability to read technical drawings and schematics * Strong leadership and communication skills * Experience in facility maintenance or construction projects preferred * Ability to work in a fast\-paced site environment * Diploma or degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field is an advantage **Schedule** * Full\-time position * Site\-based role across Doha project locations * Occasional overtime depending on project needs **About Altius Engineering \& Maintenance Services** We are a growing technical services company specializing in engineering maintenance, facilities management, and MEP solutions across Qatar.
