Summary: This role involves comprehensive plumbing maintenance and installation, including pipe work, sanitary fittings, and repair of leaks, ensuring proper functioning of building water systems. Highlights: 1. Comprehensive plumbing maintenance and repair 2. Installation of various plumbing fixtures and systems 3. Daily checks and coordination with subcontractors * Building plumbing maintenance * PVC pipe work * Drain pipe installation * Sanitary fitting work * Shower installation * WC installation * Mixer fixing * Water heater fixing * Wash basin installation * Pipe repair work * Leak fixing * Plumbing maintenance * Water line connection * Plumbing tools handling * General plumbing work * Check the main pump and irrigation pump daily for proper functioning and report in case of any problem * Repair Leakage, Damaged/ Broken pipes or sprinklers for Garden and common areas and checking the water hose * To repair damages like repairing leak, W/C leak, Pipe leakage, Kitchen leak, etc, as and when requested by the resident. * To check the drainage for any leak or clogging * Cleaning of swimming pool as and when required. * To check the proper functioning of motors. * Maintain proper procedure and discipline when entering the work place * Be presentable and wear proper uniform at all times. * Coordinate with the subcontractor during routine check\-ups and maintenance. * To perform and submit daily checklist to the designated immediate supervisor * Must have plumbing training from Technical Institute and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired * Must have ability to learn and acquire new skills related to Plumbing, knowledge of Pipes and water system * Preferably have a basic Fire and Safety training * Minimum 2 years actual work experience in the same capacity, preferably in Construction Industry/ Residential compounds * Friendly and has good service orientation * Maintains standards of conduct * Honest and Trustworthy Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From QAR1,800\.00 per month Work Location: In person
