




Summary: This role involves crafting and executing comprehensive test strategies, managing defects, and reporting QA metrics to ensure timely, defect-free releases. Highlights: 1. Craft end-to-end test strategies and detailed cases 2. Build and maintain scalable UI and API automation suites 3. Mentor and upskill team on testing best practices and automation a) Craft end\-to\-end test strategies, plans, and detailed cases that cover functional, non\-functional, and edge\-case scenarios. b) Execute and document manual functional, regression, exploratory, usability, and data\-validation tests across web, mobile, and API layers. c) Log clear, reproducible defects, lead daily triage, and verify fixes through targeted regression cycles. d) Track and report key QA metrics—pass rates, defect leakage, automation coverage, performance baselines—to stakeholders every sprint. e) Run baseline performance, load, and security tests (JMeter / k6, OWASP ZAP) and ensure adherence to data\-privacy and compliance standards. f) Create and manage test data, mocks, and stubs to enable shift\-left testing and independent pipeline execution. g) Collaborate closely with product, development, DevOps, and UX teams in agile ceremonies to guarantee timely, defect\-free releases. h) Build and maintain scalable UI and API automation suites (e.g., Selenium / Cypress / Playwright plus REST\-Assured / Postman) fully integrated with CI/CD pipelines. i) Mentor and upskill team and developers on testing best practices, code reviews, and automation techniques. j) Continuously evaluate and introduce new tools, workflows, and process improvements to boost test efficiency, reliability, and coverage.
