With multiple state\-of\-the\-art facilities and a commitment to reliability, security, and sustainability, we enable our clients to focus on their core business while we manage their critical IT infrastructure. **Job Summary:** Quantum Switch is seeking an **experienced Shift Technician** to support the safe and efficient operation of our **data centre facilities in Doha Qatar.** You will play a key role in maintaining critical infrastructure, ensuring high availability, and delivering zero downtime service to clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot data centre power and cooling systems * Conduct routine inspections, preventive and reactive maintenance * Monitor equipment performance and respond to alarms/incidents * Support change management, emergency response, and vendor activities * Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and security standards * Maintain accurate records and reports **Required Experience:** * 3–5 years in data centre or critical environment operations * Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems * Experience with monitoring and diagnostic tools * Proven troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills **Highly desirable to have experience with:** * UPS systems, * LV switchgear, * Generators * Medium Votage Systems **Qualifications:** * Relevant **technical qualification** (diploma/degree essential) * Ability to work shifts in a fast\-paced, mission\-critical environment Application Question(s): * Have a technical diploma or degree (engineering or electro/mechanical) * Have experience with UPS/LVS Switch Gear/Generators/High Voltage systems Language: * Fluent English (Required) Work Location: In person
