Job Summary: Supervise the execution of civil works at the project site and ensure their implementation in accordance with engineering drawings, schedules, and approved quality and safety standards. Quality control of works and ensuring compliance with safety standards **Site Engineer (Civil)** Job Purpose: Supervise the execution of civil works at the project site and ensure their implementation in accordance with engineering drawings, schedules, and approved quality and safety standards. Main Responsibilities: * Daily supervision of on-site construction and building works. * Monitoring the implementation of works according to drawings and technical specifications. * Coordination with contractors, consultants, and various work teams. * Quality control of works and ensuring compliance with safety standards. * Preparation of daily and weekly progress reports. * Review and quantification of materials and quantities used on site. * Resolution of technical issues arising during execution. * Ensuring adherence to the project schedule. * Monitoring testing and technical handover activities. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * 3–7 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects. * Proficiency in engineering software such as: * AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6\. * Strong ability to read drawings and technical specifications. * Excellent supervisory and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and on project sites. * Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
