Coordinate and monitor operators, drivers, and equipment deployment Job Title: Site Supervisor – Heavy Equipment Operations **Location:** Qatar **Company:** ESNAD Transport \& Services WLL Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Site Supervisor** to oversee heavy equipment operations at project sites in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of **QatarEnergy site rules and regulations**, equipment coordination, operator management, and maintenance planning. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily heavy equipment operations on site. * Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy and client HSE requirements. * Coordinate and monitor operators, drivers, and equipment deployment. * Liaise with clients, site representatives, and project teams. * Plan and schedule equipment movements and site activities. * Monitor equipment performance and utilization. * Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair activities. * Ensure all equipment inspections, certifications, and documentation are up to date. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. * Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety procedures.
