Monitor staff appearance and attire, and correct any lapses. Perform tasks associated with opening and closing the outlet, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, securing doors, etc. Monitor storage areas, adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles, and cleanliness. Complete scheduled inventory and stock documentation, and order required supplies. Monitor dining room availability, service delivery, customer safety, and well-being. Submit work orders for maintenance repairs. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, reinforcing disciplinary policies, motivating, and mentoring employees; serve as a role model and resource for Guarantee of Fair Treatment (Equal Opportunity)/Open Door Policy procedures. Follow and implement all brand safety policies and procedures; report maintenance issues, accident hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete required safety training and obtain necessary certifications.
