Isolate stained or damaged items and determine whether they should be repaired, spot-treated, re-washed, or discarded. Inspect cleanliness of items exiting washing machines, dryers, or dry-cleaning units and place them in clean linen carts. Adjust dryer cycle duration and temperature settings according to fabric/textile type. Remove lint and other debris from dryer and dry-cleaning unit filters and empty filters after each load. Fold clean items to specified dimensions manually or using folding equipment. Maintain an up-to-date log of cleaned items. Follow and implement all safety policies and procedures across the chain; report maintenance issues, potential hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete required safety training and obtain necessary certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Respect confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Support all colleagues and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving shared goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds (11.3 kg) unassisted. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout a full shift. Visually inspect tools, equipment, and machinery (e.g., to identify defects). Reach objects above head height and below knee level, including bending, twisting the body, pulling, and squatting. Navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Traverse sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs. Climb up and down service stairs and ramps. Perform all other tasks assigned by supervisors that are consistent with this position.
