Lead a team of couriers and warehouse staff with a focus on hygiene **The Mandate** Himalayan Beans Logistics is seeking an experienced F\&B Logistics Manager to oversee our specialized food and beverage distribution network from our Najma hub. In the fast\-paced Qatar hospitality sector, maintaining the integrity and freshness of our premium beans and café supplies is paramount. You will be responsible for the end\-to\-end supply chain, ensuring that our clients—from boutique coffee shops to major hotels—receive their orders with total precision and quality assurance. **Strategic Operations \& Supply Chain** * **Cold Chain Management:** Implement and monitor rigorous temperature\-controlled storage and transport protocols to ensure the peak quality of roasted coffee and perishable F\&B supplies. * **Retail Distribution Strategy:** Optimize daily delivery routes within the Najma, Al Sadd, and Msheireb districts to meet the high\-frequency demands of the hospitality sector. * **Inventory \& Procurement:** Manage high\-turnover inventory levels, coordinating with international suppliers to ensure a consistent flow of specialty products while minimizing waste through FEFO (First\-Expired\-First\-Out) logic. * **Vendor \& Compliance Liaison:** Ensure all operations fully comply with the Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) food safety standards and municipality regulations. * **Team Leadership:** Direct a team of specialized couriers and warehouse staff, instilling a culture of "hospitality\-grade" service and hygiene. **Professional Profile** * Minimum 7–10 years of experience in logistics, specifically within the Food \& Beverage or FMCG sectors. * Proven track record in managing "Cold Chain" logistics and perishable inventory. * Strong knowledge of Qatar’s food import regulations and health and safety standards. * Proficiency in ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). * Excellent negotiation and communication skills; the ability to manage diverse international supplier relationships. **Package \& Benefits** * Fixed Monthly Salary: QAR 15,500\. * Full company sponsorship and residency permit. * Comprehensive health insurance. * Annual flight allowance and 30 days of annual leave. * Performance\-based commercial incentives. نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل الراتب المدفوع: QAR١٥٬٥٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
