Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions **Location:** Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **About the Role** We are seeking a qualified and experienced **HSE Engineer** to join our team for major Transmission and Water Infrastructure Projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements throughout the project lifecycle, with a strong focus on site supervision, inspections, and loss prevention systems. Key Responsibilities * Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE regulations, client requirements, and company policies. * Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments. * Supervise HSE activities during construction, erection, testing, and commissioning works. * Ensure proper implementation of loss prevention systems and safety procedures. * Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions. * Prepare HSE reports, documentation, and safety statistics. * Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs. * Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and client representatives to maintain a safe working environment. Qualification \& Experience * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent). * Minimum **5 years** of relevant experience. * Proven experience on **major Transmission Projects (132kV / 220kV / 400kV systems)**. * Strong knowledge and experience in site supervision, Site inspection, Erection activities, Commissioning works, Loss Prevention Systems * NEBOSH International Diploma (or CSP or equivalent) \+ be GradIOSH member Preferred Skills * Excellent knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and industry best practices. * Strong communication and reporting skills. * Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary project environment. * Excellent problem\-solving and organizational skills.
