As a key member of a team, this position will see you developing and implementing the Health and Safety Management System in line with Qatar’s legislative framework as well as the requirements of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001\. **Key Responsibilities** * Create and maintain HSE processes and procedures for the safe running of a construction site. * Perform all the Health, Safety and Environment responsibilities (HSE) in accordance with company HSE management system and codes * Prepare and deliver training and technical presentations to staff and clients * Continuous monitoring of safety inspections and issues as they occur on site and making reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis * Train team members on HSE codes and practices * Conduct risk analysis, job hazard and job safety analysis * Accident / incident investigation and reporting **Experience \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering * NEBOSH qualification (NEBOSH Diploma or International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, in Health and Safety) * Minimum 15 years’ relevant construction HSE experience * Minimum 5 years’ Middle East working experience. * Previous experience working in Construction Consultancy is essential * Capable Auditor with sound knowledge of ISO 18001, 9001 and ISO 14001 (preferably certified by an International Accreditation Body) * Previous experience performing tasks outlined in key responsibilities section **Why Join Us?** * Be part of a globally recognised, fast\-growing mission critical team delivering projects that blend technical excellence, sustainability, and commercial success. * Collaborate in a multi\-disciplinary, innovative environment where your input shapes both standardised and bespoke solutions.
