Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across factory facilities. * Ensure all HVAC equipment operates efficiently and complies with safety standards. * Lead and coordinate technicians and contractors during maintenance activities. * Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. * Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize energy efficiency. * Maintain maintenance records and prepare technical reports. * Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety requirements, and local regulations. **Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and supervision, preferably in manufacturing or food production environments. * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, air handling units (AHUs), ventilation systems, and refrigeration equipment. * Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced industrial environment.
