Contribute to long-term infrastructure stability **Role Mission** Wayutech LLC is currently seeking a high\-caliber IT Support Engineer to maintain the integrity and performance of our regional technology stack in Al Rayyan. This is a vital role for a proactive problem\-solver who can manage the daily technical needs of a fast\-paced corporate office while contributing to long\-term infrastructure stability. You will be the primary technical point of contact for both on\-site and remote teams. **The Technical Environment** * **Systems Administration:** Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments and cloud\-based Active Directories. * **Network Reliability:** Oversee the maintenance of local LAN/WAN architectures, ensuring seamless VPN connectivity and firewall security. * **Hardware Lifecycle:** Lead the procurement, configuration, and deployment of end\-user hardware, ensuring all equipment meets Wayutech’s security standards. * **Strategic Troubleshooting:** Resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical escalations, ranging from complex software conflicts to critical hardware failures. **Professional Credentials** * 5\+ years of experience in a dedicated IT Support or Network Engineering role. * Valid industry certifications such as CompTIA Network\+, MCSA, or CCNA. * Proven expertise in managing O365, Azure, and enterprise\-level virtualization tools. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non\-technical stakeholders. **Remuneration and Benefits** * Fixed Monthly Salary: QAR 27,000\. * Comprehensive private health insurance and residency sponsorship. * Annual leave passage and return flight allowance. * Professional development opportunities within the Wayutech group. **Application Process** Wayutech LLC values technical precision and reliability.
