This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of cargo digital transformation while leading a high\-performing team and driving business value through technology. About the Role In this role, you will manage the Cargo digital portfolio, delivery of innovative AI solutions, product management and digital support. You will drive the cargo digital roadmap, manage system enhancements and support, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver impactful technology solutions. The role requires strong experience in cargo operations, digital product management, automation, and project delivery. Other key responsibilities include: * Manage the Cargo automation portfolio, including AI solutions, product management, compliance, application support and training initiatives. * Lead automation projects, system enhancements, testing activities, RFI/RFT processes, and implementation plans to support business requirements. * Develop and maintain short, medium, and long\-term digital roadmaps in partnership with business stakeholders and Cargo IT. * Oversee system support, user acceptance testing, operational readiness, Integrations, and network station deployments. * Lead and develop automation, support, and training teams while driving continuous improvement and service excellence. Together, everything is possible. ### **Qualification** About You * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of job\-related experience * Experience managing Cargo Digital Products, system implementation \& support, AI solutions, Agile project management, and system enhancement initiatives. * Strong knowledge of airline cargo applications, cargo business analysis, and air cargo operational processes. * Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills. * Fluent command of English and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
