The selected candidate will be responsible for performing **painting works and general maintenance tasks** at project sites. The role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work as part of a team. Key Responsibilities * Perform **surface preparation, painting, and finishing works** for walls, ceilings, doors, and structures. * Prepare surfaces by **cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and applying primer** before painting. * Mix and match paints to achieve the required **color and texture**. * Apply paints using **brushes, rollers, or spray equipment**. * Ensure **proper protection of surrounding areas** during painting works. * Perform **general maintenance and support tasks** at site as required. * Maintain tools and equipment in **good working condition**. * Follow **site safety regulations and company procedures** at all times. * Coordinate with supervisors and site teams to complete tasks efficiently. Requirements * Minimum **2–5 years of experience** as a Painter. * Experience in **construction, building maintenance, or facility management projects** preferred. * Basic knowledge of **painting materials, tools, and surface preparation techniques**. * Ability to work in **outdoor and indoor environments**. * Physically fit and capable of handling manual work. * Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Preferred Candidates * Previous **GCC experience will be an advantage**.
