Key Responsibilities * Operate manufacturing machines and production equipment according to standard operating procedures. * Assemble, package, label, or inspect products during the production process. * Monitor machine performance and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors or maintenance personnel. * Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet company specifications. * Load raw materials into machines and replenish supplies as needed. * Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation. * Follow workplace safety policies, quality standards, and company procedures at all times. * Keep the production area clean, organized, and free of hazards. * Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic preventive maintenance when required. * Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
