Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for service delivery. **Job Title: FM / Project Coordinator – Mechanical (Facilities Management)** **Location:** Qatar **Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced **FM / Project Coordinator with a Mechanical Engineering background** to support facilities management operations across multiple sites in Qatar. The role involves coordinating maintenance activities, supporting FM projects, and ensuring smooth operation of mechanical systems in compliance with SLA, safety, and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate **preventive and corrective maintenance** of mechanical systems (HVAC, pumps, plumbing, fire fighting, chilled water systems). * Track and close maintenance work orders via CAFM/CMMS. * Support execution of **FM projects, refurbishments, and upgrades**. * Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth service delivery. * Monitor SLA/KPI compliance and prepare FM reports. * Conduct site inspections and ensure HSE compliance. * Assist in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical system issues. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Mechanical Engineering** (mandatory). * 5–8 years of experience in **Facilities Management / MEP maintenance**. * Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems. * Experience in Qatar/GCC FM environment preferred. * Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems. * Good coordination, reporting, and communication skills. **Preferred:** * Experience in large commercial or industrial facilities. * Exposure to FM project coordination and vendor management.
