Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QHSE Officer to oversee Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance in fine dining. Highlights: 1. Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented QHSE Officer to oversee Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance across our fine dining restaurant operations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with food safety regulations, maintain company QHSE standards, conduct audits, and promote a strong culture of food safety and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities * Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, safety, and environmental standards across restaurant locations. * Conduct routine QHSE inspections and internal audits. * Ensure implementation and maintenance of HACCP, food safety, and sanitation procedures. * Investigate incidents, accidents, customer complaints, and non\-conformities, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. * Conduct food safety and workplace safety training for employees. * Monitor temperature logs, cleaning schedules, pest control, and sanitation records. * Maintain QHSE documentation, reports, checklists, and compliance records. * Coordinate with restaurant management to improve operational compliance. * Assist during regulatory inspections and ensure timely closure of audit findings. * Monitor waste management and environmental compliance initiatives. * Support continuous improvement programs related to quality and safety. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Science, Environmental Health, Occupational Health \& Safety, Hospitality Management, or a related field. * 2–4 years of QHSE or Food Safety experience, preferably within restaurants, hotels, or hospitality. * HACCP Certification is mandatory. * Strong communication, reporting, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Candidate * Currently residing in Qatar. * Valid Qatar ID with transferable sponsorship. * Available to join immediately or within a short notice period. * Willing to travel between restaurant locations as required. Pay: QAR5,600\.00 \- QAR6,400\.00 per month Work Location: In person
