The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories, provide excellent customer service, maintain the store's appearance, and help achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers and provide a positive shopping experience. * Understand customer needs and recommend suitable clothing and accessories. * Assist customers with sizing, fitting, and product information. * Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system. * Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store remains clean and organized. * Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels. * Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally. * Stay updated on current fashion trends, promotions, and new arrivals. * Meet individual and team sales goals. * Follow company policies and maintain high standards of customer service. Requirements * Previous retail or clothing sales experience is preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, confident, and customer\-oriented attitude. * Basic computer and POS system knowledge. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required. * Good organizational and time management skills. * Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with stocking merchandise. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * Retail sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
