Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the activities of security officers and guards. * Monitor access control, surveillance systems, and security equipment. * Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify security risks. * Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and security breaches. * Prepare and maintain incident reports, shift logs, and security records. * Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff performance. * Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures. * Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency responders, and management when required. * Investigate security incidents and recommend corrective actions. * Assist in developing and implementing security plans and procedures. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent; additional security or law enforcement training is an advantage. * Previous experience in security operations and team supervision. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure. * Knowledge of security procedures, access control, and emergency response protocols. * Proficiency in preparing reports and using security management systems.
