Key Responsibilities **Language Technology Development:** Design, develop, and optimize advanced Natural Language Processing systems for multilingual applications and AI\-powered language solutions. **Linguistic Resource Management:** Create, maintain, and improve linguistic resources including corpora, lexicons, annotation guidelines, and language datasets that support high\-quality machine learning models. **Model Evaluation \& Optimization:** Analyze system performance, conduct linguistic error analysis, and recommend improvements that enhance model accuracy, scalability, and reliability. **Cross\-Functional Collaboration:** Partner closely with data scientists, AI researchers, software engineers, and product teams to integrate linguistic expertise into production\-ready solutions. **Technical Leadership:** Mentor junior computational linguists, contribute to research discussions, establish best practices, and help drive innovation across multiple NLP projects. What We Are Looking For **Experience:** 5\+ years of professional experience in Computational Linguistics, Natural Language Processing, AI research, or a closely related field, with demonstrated experience delivering complex NLP solutions. **Technical Expertise:** Strong knowledge of computational linguistics, syntax, semantics, morphology, corpus linguistics, machine learning, Python, and modern NLP frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, or NLTK. **Research Skills:** Experience working with multilingual language data, linguistic annotation, model evaluation, and applying linguistic theory to practical AI applications. **Communication Skills:** Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain complex linguistic and technical concepts to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. **Mindset:** You are analytical, curious, and driven by solving challenging language problems.
