Ensure timely purchasing and maintain strong supplier relationships Key Responsibilities: * Manage local procurement activities for materials, tools, equipment, and operational requirements * Source reliable local suppliers and negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions * Obtain and compare quotations to ensure best value, quality, and delivery timelines * Coordinate with projects, production, stores, and logistics teams regarding material requirements * Monitor market prices and supplier performance to support cost control initiatives * Ensure timely purchasing and delivery to avoid operational delays * Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records and documentation * Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors * Resolve procurement and delivery issues efficiently * Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and policies Requirements: ✅ Minimum 5 years of local purchasing experience in Qatar ✅ Background in trading, manufacturing, or contracting industry ✅ Strong negotiation and supplier management skills ✅ Good knowledge of local market and suppliers ✅ ERP and MS Excel knowledge preferred Application Question(s): * How soon you can join? * How much is your salary expectation? * Do you have a driving license?
