Coordinate with multiple teams for smooth project execution **Job Description:** We are seeking a highly experienced and detail\-oriented Senior Printing Estimator to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for a wide range of printing projects, supporting production planning, and ensuring efficient project execution within budget and deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial printing, packaging, labels, brochures, and specialty printing projects. * Calculate material, labor, machine, finishing, and outsourced production costs. * Review project specifications and determine the most cost\-effective production methods. * Plan and schedule production jobs according to delivery timelines and resource availability. * Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Quality teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Monitor job progress and update production schedules as required. * Maintain accurate costing records, production plans, and job documentation. * Analyze estimated versus actual costs and recommend cost\-saving improvements. * Communicate with suppliers and external vendors to obtain quotations and manage outsourced services. **Requirements:** * Diploma or Degree in Printing Technology, Production Management, Graphic Arts, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in printing estimation and production planning, preferably in a commercial printing or packaging environment. * Strong knowledge of offset, digital, packaging, and label printing processes. * Good understanding of printing materials, finishing techniques, and production workflows. * Proficiency in MS Excel and printing estimation/planning software. * Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with ERP/MIS systems used in the printing industry. * Knowledge of cost control and production optimization techniques. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast\-paced production environment.
