Thorough understanding of Ashghal contracts **We’re Hiring!** Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Doha Qatar Local hiring with valid Qatar ID \& Driving license **Experience \& Qualifications** * Minimum **10 years of overall Quantity Surveying/Commercial experience**. * At least **5 years of experience on infrastructure projects in Qatar**. * Proven experience in **roads, drainage, and utility infrastructure projects**. * Previous experience on **Ashghal (PWA) projects** is highly preferred. * Demonstrated ability to **lead and manage a QS team** while maintaining effective communication with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders. **Mandatory Skills \& Competencies** * Preparation, submission, and certification of **Interim Payment Applications (IPA)**. * Expertise in **quantity measurement, verification, and reconciliation**. * Strong knowledge of **variation management and claims preparation/assessment**. * Experience in **new rate analysis, pricing, and commercial negotiations**. * Preparation, negotiation, and settlement of **final accounts**. * Thorough understanding of **Ashghal infrastructure contracts and commercial procedures**. **Key Requirement** * Must have successfully closed at least one major infrastructure project from commencement to final account, including variations and final account negotiations.
