Ensure timely project completion and adherence to client specifications **Job Title: Technical Manager – Joinery / Fit\-Out** **Location:** Qatar Job Overview We are looking for an experienced **Technical Manager – Joinery / Fit\-Out** to lead the technical team in delivering high\-quality joinery and interior fit\-out projects. The ideal candidate will oversee technical drawings, material coordination, project planning, and team management while ensuring projects are completed on time and in line with client specifications. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage a team of draftsmen, designers, and material engineers. * Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and project submittals. * Coordinate with project, production, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Review project specifications and resolve technical discrepancies. * Plan and monitor material requirements to support production schedules. * Attend client meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle. * Ensure timely approvals of drawings and technical documentation. * Resolve technical issues and provide practical solutions during project execution. * Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality and contractual requirements. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in **Interior Design, Architecture, Applied Arts**, or a related field. * Minimum **10 years of experience**, including at least **5 years in joinery detailing** and the remaining experience in **interior fit\-out projects**. * Proven experience leading technical teams in joinery and fit\-out projects. * Strong knowledge of joinery detailing, shop drawings, and construction methods. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and **3D design software**. * Excellent planning, multitasking, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication and leadership abilities. Preferred Skills * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * Strong coordination and client management skills.
