Address design-related issues and provide technical support during construction. **Job Title: Architect** **Location:** Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-Time Job Summary We are seeking a talented and detail\-oriented **Architect** to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing technical drawings, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with client requirements, applicable regulations, and industry standards. Key Responsibilities * Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed construction drawings. * Prepare design presentations, specifications, and technical documentation. * Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines throughout project execution. * Review project requirements and ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and standards. * Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure design compliance. * Assist in obtaining necessary approvals from relevant authorities. * Review contractor shop drawings, material submittals, and architectural submissions. * Address design\-related issues and provide technical support during construction. * Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. * Minimum 5\+ years of experience in architectural design and project coordination. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or other architectural design software. * Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, building codes, and construction practices. * Excellent design, presentation, and technical documentation skills. * Strong communication and coordination abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. * Candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed\-use developments. * Familiarity with authority approval processes in Qatar. * Knowledge of BIM and sustainable design principles is an advantage.
